2. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments for gardening services can be booked online or by contacting our office. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation outlining the details of the service, including date, time, and cost.

2.1. Changes to Bookings

Clients may request changes to their bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Requests made within 48 hours may be subject to additional fees.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due as follows:

  • Full payment is required upon completion of the service.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
  • Invoices will be provided for all services rendered.

Late payments may incur interest charges as outlined in our payment policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

4.1. Emergency Cancellations

In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the property for service provision.
  • Ensuring that areas to be serviced are free from obstructions.
  • Reporting any issues or concerns promptly.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may affect the quality and timeliness of the services provided.

6. Liability and Warranty

  • Pre-existing conditions or issues not identified prior to service.
  • Damage resulting from natural occurrences, such as storms or pests.
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
