1. Services Provided

Gardening Hornsey offers a range of gardening services, including but not limited to:

Garden maintenance
Lawn care
Planting and landscaping
Hardscaping
Garden design and consultation

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments for gardening services can be booked online or by contacting our office. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation outlining the details of the service, including date, time, and cost.

2.1. Changes to Bookings

Clients may request changes to their bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Requests made within 48 hours may be subject to additional fees.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due as follows:

Full payment is required upon completion of the service.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Invoices will be provided for all services rendered.

Late payments may incur interest charges as outlined in our payment policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

4.1. Emergency Cancellations

In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing access to the property for service provision.
Ensuring that areas to be serviced are free from obstructions.
Reporting any issues or concerns promptly.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may affect the quality and timeliness of the services provided.

6. Liability and Warranty

Gardening Hornsey strives to provide high-quality services; however, we cannot be held liable for:

Pre-existing conditions or issues not identified prior to service.
Damage resulting from natural occurrences, such as storms or pests.
Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards.

6.1. Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect both our clients and our business against potential claims arising from our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Gardening Hornsey, including designs, plans, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Gardening Hornsey and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during the course of our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available upon request.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hornsey.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Gardening Hornsey regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
